Cap. 16 Art. 612Disposition in favourofincapable persons is null even if made through intermediaries.

(1) Any testamentary disposition in favour of a person who is incapable in terms of articles 609 and 610 is void, even if such disposition is made in the name of intermediaries.

(2) Where the incapacity is partial any such disposition shall be void only in part.
