Cap. 16 Art. 61Agreement between spouses respecting the custody of the children.

(1) Any agreement between the spouses respecting the custody of the children may at any time, on the demand of either of the spouses, or of any relative of either of the spouses, be annulled by the competent court, where the interests of the children so require.

(2) In any such case, the court shall give the necessary directions as to the person in whose custody the children are to be placed, and as to the mode of their maintenance and education.
