Cap. 16 Art. 572Right of accession in regard to movable things.
Sub-title III
(1) The right of accession in regard to movable things belonging to several owners shall be governed by the principles of natural equity.
(2) The provisions contained in the following articles shall guide the court in the disposal of cases not specifically provided for, regard being had to the particular circumstances of each case.
