Cap. 16 Art. 567Ownership of natural, industrial or civil fruits.
Sub-title I
Natural, industrial, or civil fruits belong, by right of accession, to the owner of the thing that produces them subject to the obligation of refunding the expenses incurred by third parties for the production or preservation of such fruits.
