Cap. 16 Art. 549Expenses for the production or preservation of fruits.

(1) The expenses for the production or preservation of the fruits of a thing are not comprised in those referred to in the foregoing articles of this sub-title.

(2) Such expenses shall always be deducted from the said fruits.
