Cap. 16 Art. 52Discretion of court in certain cases.

It shall also be in the discretion of the court to determine, according to circumstances, whether the provisions of article 48

shall be applied, wholly or in part, in regard to both spouses or to one of them, or whether they shall not be applied at all in regard to either of them, if both spouses shall have been guilty of acts constituting good grounds for separation.
