Cap. 16 Art. 504Dismemberment tenements and creation of easements to be avoided.

In forming and making up the shares, the dismemberment of of tenements or the creation of easements shall be avoided; and it shall be sought to include in each share the same quantity of movables, immovables, rights or claims of the same nature and value.
