Cap. 16 Art. 500Manner and form of partition.

(1) Subject to the provisions of the last preceding article, where all the co-owners are present and capable of alienating property, the partition may be made in any manner and form they may deem convenient.

(2) In the absence of an agreement to the contrary, the following rules shall be observed, both in the partition of the bulk of the property as well as in any sub-division which may be necessary.
