Cap. 16 Art. 458Title to result from public deed. Registration thereof.

The title creating an easement is null unless it results from a public deed; and where the easement is created by a deed inter the easement shall not be operative as regards third parties vivos, before the deed is registered in the Public Registry as provided in article 330, on the demand of any of the parties interested, or of the notary receiving the deed.
