Cap. 16 Art. 444Distance of ovens from party-wall.
Sub-title I
(1) It shall not be lawful for any person to construct any oven except at a distance of at least thirty centimetres from the party-wall, and with a passage for air between the wall and the oven.
(2) Kitchen-stoves shall be at a distance of at least fifteen centimetres from the party-wall.
