Cap. 16 Art. 426Owners of storeys may make balconies, etc., in external wall.
Sub-title I
When the storeys of a house belong to different owners, each of such owners may, in his own storey, make, in the external wall, a balcony, window, door or other opening, provided the stability of such wall is not affected thereby.
