Cap. 16 Art. 420Repairs to walls separating courtyards, etc.

Any person may compel his neighbour to contribute to the construction or repair of walls separating courtyards, gardens, or fields, up to the height specified in article 408, regard being had to the nature and level of the tenement of the defendant.
