Cap. 16 Art. 394Definition of “family”.

For the purposes of the last two preceding articles, the word "family" shall also include the children born since the commencement of the right of use or habitation, even though the grantee was not married at the time of the commencement of such right, as well as acknowledged illegitimate children, adopted children and servants.
