Cap. 16 Art. 371Usufructuary of particular tenements not to pay charges on such tenements.
Sub-title I
The usufructuary of one or more particular tenements is not bound to pay the debts for which any of such tenements may be hypothecated, nor is he bound to pay any annuity with which such tenements stand charged; and if he is compelled to pay, he may claim relief against the owner.
