Cap. 16 Art. 368Usufructuary cannot prevent owner from carrying out repairs.
Sub-title I
The usufructuary cannot prevent the owner from carrying out, in the manner least inconvenient to the usufructuary, the repairs and works referred to in the last three preceding articles.
