Cap. 16 Art. 342Usufructuary may sell fruits that are pending.

The usufructuary may also sell the fruits that are pending;

and in such case, if the usufruct terminates before the fruits are gathered, the sale shall continue to be operative, and the owner is entitled to receive the price of such fruits as have not yet been gathered: Provided that the owner shall have no action against the buyer who may have paid the price of such fruits to the usufructuary before the termination of the usufruct.
