Cap. 16 Art. 316Definition of “movable property or things”, “movable effects” or “movable substance”.

The words "movable property or things", "movable effects" or "movable substance" used in any provision of law or in any disposition of man, without any other addition or indication restricting their meaning, shall include both the things which are movable by nature and the things which are generally considered movable by regulation of law.
