Cap. 16 Art. 292Presumption in virtue of subsequent marriage.

Where a presumption arising out of subsequent marriage applies to a child conceived and born out of wedlock, and such marriage took place prior to the registration of the birth of such child, the act of birth of such child may be drawn up directly as in the case of a child conceived or born in wedlock.
