Cap. 16 Art. 254Noticetointerested parties.

(1) Fifteen days at least before the hearing of the action referred to in the last preceding article, a notice as in Form B in

Part II of the First Schedule to this Code shall, by order of the court, be published in the Government Gazette, calling upon any party interested to declare, within fifteen days from the publication of such notice, by means of a note, whether he desires to contest the action.

(2) Notice of the day appointed for the trial of the action shall be given to any person who shall have filed such note within the said time.
