Cap. 16 Art. 243Applicability of s.242tocertificates of baptism or marriage.

(1) The provisions of the last preceding article shall apply to any certificate of baptism, delivered to the Director under the provisions of articles 273 and 285.

(2) No certificate of baptism shall be received unless it is written in the Maltese, English or Latin language.
