Cap. 16 Art. 240Progressive number,

(1) On every act delivered to him for registration, the Director of the Public Registry shall write a progressive number and the date of delivery, and shall sign his name thereto.

(2) An act shall be deemed to have been received by the Director, when he shall have signed his name thereto.
