Cap. 16 Art. 2099Alienation of hereditaryproperty before benefit is , exercised

Any alienation of hereditary property, whether movable or immovable, made by the heir, even during the course of the said time, before such benefit is exercised, shall remain unimpaired; but in any such case the benefit may be exercised over the price which may be still due.
