Cap. 16 Art. 2090Priority given to certain other general privileges.

Debts having a general privilege for any of the causes mentioned in paragraphs (d) and (e) of article 2003 are paid in preference to those having any other privilege, excepting the debts mentioned in paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of the said article, the debt due to the pledgee as aforesaid, and the debt due to the hotel-keeper as provided in paragraph (b) of article 2009.
