A third party in possession who is not personally liable for in the debt may, by setting up the benefit of discussion, oppose the sale of the immovable or movable of which he is in possession, if there is in the possession of the debtor or of his sureties or of other persons personally, though not jointly and severally, liable for the debt, other property subject to the same debt.
