Sub-title III of Title II of Book Third of the Code of Organization
Where the reduction or cancellation is demanded in pursuance of a public deed, the note shall be signed by the notary who has received or is the keeper of such deed, or is authorized to give out copies thereof; where the reduction or cancellation is demanded in pursuance of a judgment, the note shall be signed by the registrar of the court by which the judgment was delivered.
