Cap. 16 Art. 2065Requirements of the note for reduction or cancellation of registration.

For the purpose of effecting the reduction or cancellation of a registration, there shall be presented to the Director of the

Public Registry a note containing the following particulars:

(a) the progressive number and the year of the registration;

(b) an indication as to whether a reduction or the cancellation of the registration is demanded;

(c) an indication of the judgement, or deed, if any, under which the reduction or cancellation is demanded.
