Cap. 16 Art. 2060How registration may be reduced or cancelled.

(1) A registration may be reduced or totally cancelled either with the consent of the creditor given in a public deed, or in virtue of a judgment of the competent court.

(2) If the creditor is not capable of alienating, his consent for the reduction or cancellation of a registration is not valid unless it is given in the form prescribed by law.
