Cap. 16 Art. 205Opening of wills.

After the lapse of three continuous years from the day the absentee was last heard of, or of six years, if the absentee has left an attorney to manage his property, the competent court in the island where the absentee last resided, may, upon the application of any person interested, order the opening of any secret will, or declare, notwithstanding the provisions of article 68 of the Notarial Profession and Notarial Archives Act, accessible any public will, which the absentee may have made.
