Cap. 16 Art. 1935When benefit of discussiondoesnot apply.

The benefit of discussion shall not apply -

(a) if the surety has renounced such benefit;

(b) if the surety has bound himself, jointly and severally, with the debtor;

(c) if the debtor can set up a personal plea, such as those mentioned in article 1926;

(d) if the debtor has become insolvent.
