Cap. 16 Art. 1898Voluntary deposit made by a person capable to one who is not.
Sub-title I
If the deposit has been made by a person who is capable of contracting to another who is not, the person who has made the deposit cannot but claim the recovery of the thing deposited so long as it exists in the hands of the depositary, or bring an action for restitution to the extent of the benefit accruing in favour of the latter.
