Cap. 16 Art. 1890Duty of heirs of deceased mandatary.

In case of the death of the mandatary, his heirs must, if they know that he was a mandatary, give notice thereof to the mandator, and attend, in the meantime, to what is required in the interest of the latter, as circumstances may demand.
