Cap. 16 Art. 1884Where the mandators are two or more, they are jointly and severally liable towards mandatary.
Sub-title III
Where the mandatary has been appointed by several persons for a common business, each of them is jointly and severally liable towards him for all the consequences resulting from the mandate.
