Cap. 16 Art. 1859Consequences in case of default of mandatary to acquaint mandator of refusal.

Any person carrying on trade or exercising a profession who, without just cause, fails to give notice to the mandator, without delay, of his refusal to accept a mandate relating to commercial or to professional business, as the case may be, is answerable to the mandator for damages occasioned by the delay.
