Cap. 16 Art. 1840Restitution on demand.

The borrower of a thing by way of cannot delay precarium the restitution thereof, when demanded, on the ground of any prejudice which he might sustain thereby: Provided that if it appears that the restitution is demanded with intent to cause injury to the borrower, the court shall have power to grant him time for such restitution.
