Cap. 16 Art. 1836Where extraordinary expenses have been incurred by borrower.

If, during the continuance of the loan, the borrower had to incur, for the preservation of the thing, any extraordinary and necessary expenses of so urgent a nature that he was unable to give previous notice thereof to the lender, the latter shall be bound to reimburse such expenses to him.
