Cap. 16 Art. 1822Action for , , reduction etc. may be brought against third parties.

(1) The action for reduction or for recovery may be brought by the person to whom it is competent, against third parties in possession of the immovable property forming part of the donations and alienated by the donees, in the same manner and in the same order as if against the donees themselves, but not until the plaintiff has first discussed the donees.

(2) Such action shall be exercised according to the order of the dates of the alienations, commencing with the last.
