Cap. 16 Art. 1800Where donor survives donee.

(1) The donations referred to in articles 1794 and 1796 shall lapse, if the donor survives the donee and his descendants from the marriage in contemplation of which the donation was made.

(2) Where the children and descendants are excluded from the donation, such donation shall lapse if the donor survives the donee.
