Cap. 16 Art. 1766Donation in contemplation of marriage may not be impeached for non-acceptance.
Sub-title II
A donation made in contemplation of a certain and determinate marriage, and prior to such marriage, whether by the future spouses to each other or by any other person in favour of the future spouses and of the children to be born of their marriage, may not be impeached on the ground of non-acceptance.
