Cap. 16 Art. 1752Donation made to notary receiving deed, etc.
Sub-title I
A donation made to the notary by whom the deed of donation was received, or to his spouse, or to any person related to him by consanguinity or affinity to the third degree inclusively, may be annulled on the demand of the donor or of his heirs, so long as such donation has not been carried into execution.
