Cap. 16 Art. 1746Persons incapable of receiving by donation.
Sub-title I
(1) Those who, at the time of the donation, or at the time of the happening of the suspensive condition attached to a donation, were not yet conceived, are incapable of receiving by donation.
(2) The provisions of this article shall not apply with regard to the immediate children of a stated person who is alive at the time of the donation, nor with regard to persons called to the enjoyment of any foundation.
