Cap. 16 Art. 1739Remuneratory donations.
Title XIV
If the donation is made in remuneration for services for which the donee had a right of action, the special rules relating to donations shall not apply, except when the value of the thing given exceeds, by at least one-half, the value of such services, and in regard only to such excess.
