Cap. 16 Art. 1722Compromise affecting property , subject to entail etc.

Any compromise regarding property subject to entail, or regarding future maintenance, whether bequeathed by a will or acquired by donation or other contract, or ordered by the court, or due by law, is also null, if made without the authority of the competent court.
