The dissolution of a partnership entered into for a fixed time cannot be demanded before the expiration of such time, unless there be a just cause, such as when one of the partners fails to fulfil his engagements, or a habitual infirmity unfits him for the business of the partnership, or other similar causes the justness and importance of which are left to the discretion of the court.
