Cap. 16 Art. 1683Dissolution by renunciation.
Sub-title IV
The dissolution of a partnership at the will of one of the partners may only take place if the partnership is entered into for an undefined time, and it is effected by a renunciation, notice whereof is given to all the other partners, provided such renunciation is made in good faith and not at an inopportune moment.
