Cap. 16 Art. 168Power of court in regard to tutor.

(1) It shall be lawful for the court, when it deems it expedient, in the decree of appointment, to impose on the tutor the obligation of presenting in the registry of the court, yearly or at such other intervals as the court shall direct, an account of his administration.

(2) The court may also direct the person who offers to assume the office of a tutor, to give security, and, in any such case, the obligation of the surety as well as that of the tutor must precede the appointment of the tutor.
