Cap. 16 Art. 1669, Rights powersand obligations of managing partner similar to those of a mandatary.

Unless it has been otherwise agreed or unless it is otherwise provided in this Code, the rights, powers and obligations of any partner charged with the management of the partnership are governed by the provisions relating to the rights, powers and obligations of a mandatary.
