Cap. 16 Art. 1646Partner cannot contribute what he expects to acquire by succession or donation.

(1) Every agreement by which one of the partners is to contribute the ownership or enjoyment of property which may in future come to him by succession or donation, is void.

(2) A contract containing such a provision may be wholly annulled, upon the demand of any of the other partners.
