Cap. 16 Art. 1617Lessee of part of building cannot sub-let.
Sub-title I
Nor may the occupier of a part of an urban tenement, not separated from other parts of the same tenement, or having access by the same entrance as other parts of the same tenement, sub-let or assign the lease, without the consent of the lessor.
