Cap. 16 Art. 1521Cessation of temporary emphyteusis.
Title VIII
(1) A temporary emphyteusis ceases on the expiration of the time expressly agreed upon, and the reversion, in favour of the of the tenement together with the improvements takes dominus, place, ipso jure.
(2) Any action for the renewal of the emphyteusis for any cause whatsoever, except by virtue of an express covenant in the emphyteutical grant or in any other public deed, is abolished, in regard to any kind of property whatsoever.
