Cap. 16 Art. 1490When party to exchange may refuse to deliver thing.
Title VII
A party to an exchange who, after having received the thing given to him in exchange, proves that he who has given the thing to him is not the owner thereof, cannot be compelled to deliver the thing which he has promised to give, but only to return the thing which he has received.
